With over six years of experience in the field, I have worked extensively with athletes across all age groups—from young talents as early as 12 years old to seasoned professionals in the later stages of their careers. As a sports psychologist, I have supported individuals across a range of disciplines, helping them enhance performance, manage pressure, and develop mental resilience essential for high-level competition.
In addition to my experience in sports psychology, I am an NCERT-certified counsellor with a Postgraduate Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling. This foundation allows me to offer career and vocational guidance in school and college settings, supporting students in identifying suitable paths aligned with their abilities and aspirations.
I have also been trained under military psychologist Lt. Col. Dr. Samir Rawat, whose mentorship has given me deeper insight into performance evaluation, decision-making, and goal-setting under demanding conditions.
My approach at Arete Psychological Services combines psychological expertise with a practical, goal-oriented mindset. Whether its guiding young athletes, supporting students through academic transitions, or helping individuals make informed life decisions, my work is grounded in empathy, clarity, and a commitment to long-term growth.

“My approach is goal-oriented, empathetic, and tailored to each individual’s unique journey. I believe in empowering clients with clarity, emotional strength, and practical tools for long-term success.”
